Dylog Group boosts expertise in industrial systems management with the acquisition of Remorides s.r.l.
Remorides, the Mantuan company that has revolutionised the world of mission-critical inspections and controls, enters the Dylog Group through the vehicle of Tesar S.p.A., the Group’s company that leads the development of industrial solutions..
Remorides has established itself since 2013 for the secure management of critical assets and the digitisation of processes, especially in the maintenance and inspection branch, including in regulated areas. More recently, it has consolidated its presence in the life science markets, implementing validated solutions for Data Integrity processing. The product suite includes solutions for the industrial and facility management, inspection and amusement park worlds, meeting the growing demands for dematerialisation.
With this operation, the partners strengthen their position in the industry sector, enhancing market access and overcoming the conventional approach to production management through the integration of IT-oriented technologies and compliance in MES systems.
“It is with great pleasure that Remorides welcomes Tesar as a majority shareholder and enters the Dylog Group, one of the leading national IT players,” explains Mario Savini, Managing Director of Remorides. “This synergy will allow us to activate ourselves in new markets and segments for which our technology can create great added value, creating new applications in the fields of industry, quality and safety control and the dematerialisation of document processes, realising broader and more integrated solutions.
“The company’s aspirations and values of innovation through development and integration of Remorides’ excellences coincide with ours,” says Stefano Festa, Managing Director of Tesar S.p.A. “Thanks to the collaboration with the different realities of the group, it will be possible to approach R&D activities in a multidisciplinary way, based on new technological competences and domains in areas such as the industrial use of mobile, the management of inspection and control activities, the digitalisation of processes, compliance and asset management, and the safety of equipment and production processes.
“The acquisition of Remorides,” says Rinaldo Ocleppo, President of Dylog Italia S.p.a., “allows us to strengthen our offer in the Business Unit dedicated to industrial services, further improving our services to support production processes and digitalisation, an area in which the Group aspires to play an increasingly important role.
